Not necessarily. Every account starts with a website audit. If it's strong, Ghost Rank keeps it and identifies worthwhile SEO, AEO, and conversion improvements. If it needs work, Ghost Rank recommends targeted fixes. If there's no site or it's genuinely holding the business back, Ghost Rank can build and manage a new one.
